After nearly three decades working at the highest levels of corporate real estate, I noticed something that quietly bothered me. Businesses making some of the most consequential decisions of their growth where to locate, how much space to commit to, what terms to sign were often left to navigate it without a truly senior person in their corner. They had access to brokers, yes. But not always to someone who would sit across from them, understand their business deeply, and treat their decision with the same care a trusted colleague would.
That realization is what led me to start GM CRE Advisors.
My career spans 28 years across corporate real estate years spent in senior leadership roles where I was responsible for shaping workplace strategy, managing large and complex portfolios, driving cost efficiency, and ensuring that the spaces organisations occupied actually served the people working in them. I hold an MBA in Operations Management and an MCR designation from CoreNet Global, the industry's most respected professional credential. But more than any qualification, what I bring is judgment the kind that only comes from having seen hundreds of real estate decisions play out over time, and understanding what separates the ones that worked from the ones that didn't.
When I founded GM CRE Advisors, I made a deliberate choice to keep it focused. Not a large firm chasing every deal in every category, but a specialist practice where every client gets my direct attention, my experience, and my honest counsel.
